Refund & Cancellation Policy

What's refundable, what isn't, and how to cancel a service across VPS, dedicated servers, and shared hosting.

Shared Hosting

30-day money-back guarantee

Full refund of hosting fees if cancelled within 30 days of first activation.

VPS Plans

7-day pro-rated refund

Pro-rated refund for unused days if cancelled within 7 days, minus any usage already incurred.

Dedicated Servers

Non-refundable

Setup involves dedicated hardware allocation, so dedicated server fees are non-refundable once provisioned.

General Policy

ZetrikCloud wants you to be confident in the services you purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, as summarized above and detailed in the sections below. This policy applies to all VPS, dedicated server, and shared hosting plans unless a different term is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Shared Hosting Refunds

Shared hosting plans (Lite, Starter, Business, and Pro) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first activation. To request a refund:

  • Contact support within 30 days of your first hosting purchase
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • This guarantee applies once per customer, per account

Renewal payments for shared hosting are not covered by the 30-day guarantee; only the initial purchase is eligible.

VPS Refunds

VPS plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused days if cancelled within 7 days of activation. The refund amount is calculated as the unused portion of your billing cycle, minus any bandwidth or resource usage already incurred.

VPS cancellations requested after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund of the current billing cycle, but the service will not auto-renew once cancelled.

Dedicated Server Refunds

Because dedicated servers involve allocating physical hardware exclusively to your account, dedicated server plans (Edge, Performance, Enterprise, and custom builds) are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned and handed over.

If a hardware fault prevents successful provisioning before handover, you will not be charged, or any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Items

Regardless of plan type, the following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates (other than free AutoSSL, which carries no cost)
  • Control panel licenses (cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server)
  • One-time setup or installation fees
  • Add-on services already delivered (migrations, custom configuration, etc.)
  • Any service terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

How to Cancel a Service

You can cancel any active service at any time:

  • Log in to your account dashboard and submit a cancellation request for the relevant service
  • Or email billing@zetrikcloud.com with your account ID and the service you wish to cancel

Cancellation requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Unless you're within an eligible refund window, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. UPI and card refunds are typically credited within 7-10 business days; net banking and wallet refunds may take slightly longer depending on your bank or provider.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, as this gives us the chance to resolve the issue directly and faster. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of all associated services pending investigation.
